For Non-goverment funded projects there is a required, non refundable fee of $250.00 for onsite assessment, reviewing Lead Report and writing up an estimate.

Project Management, Site Supervisor and Consultations:  

Building and Remodeling can be overwhelming for people who do not know the terms and methods. Leave it to us to be the go between with the General Contractor and Sub Cont. We will do site visits, workmanship inspections, meetings with Contractors and Inspectors to make sure you are getting what you paid for.  It's your home, make sure it's done right.
